Suzanne is a former PwC Consulting Partner and senior line manager in industry. She has either worked in or consulted to businesses in primary production, industrial & consumer products manufacturing, 3rd party logistics, retail, professional services, and government.

Coupled with 19 years experience in executive search and recruitment, Suzanne has a deep understanding of middle to senior management roles in General Management, Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Quality.

She has an extensive Australian, New Zealand and international network and is able to utilise this to identify and vet potential candidates.

Suzanne is focussed on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and a genuine interest in ensuring both the client and the candidates’ needs are met.

Ricks' focus is on maintaining the accounting and technical support to allow January Group to maintain a strong focus on providing great client and candidate service.
