Suzanne is a former PwC Consulting Partner and senior line manager in industry. She has either worked in or consulted to businesses in primary production, industrial & consumer products manufacturing, 3rd party logistics, retail, professional services, and government.
Coupled with 20 years experience in executive search and recruitment, Suzanne has a deep understanding of C-suite, senior management and middle management roles.
She has an extensive Australian, New Zealand and international network and is able to utilise this to identify and vet potential candidates.
Suzanne is focussed on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and a genuine interest in ensuring both the client and the candidates' needs are met.
Phil has held senior leadership roles in engineering based businesses as well as consulted to clients in a number of sectors. For January Group clients this means he can effectively evaluate their requirements and find candidates that are capable, enthusiastic and idealy suited to clients' needs and values.
His engineering knowledge and technical expertise gives him the ability to gain an in-depth understanding of a client's brief and match this with candidates that possess the right skills and attributes.
Rick focuses on strategy, business operations, and technical support, enabling January Group to better serve our clients and candidates.
He brings a background in product, graphic, and web design, along with broad digital expertise.
