Suzanne is a former PwC Consulting Partner and senior line manager in industry. She has either worked in or consulted to businesses in primary production, industrial & consumer products manufacturing, 3rd party logistics, retail, professional services, and government.

Coupled with 16 years experience in executive search and recruitment, Suzanne has a deep understanding of middle to senior management roles in General Management, Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Quality.

She has an extensive New Zealand and international network and is able to utilise this to identify and vet potential candidates.

Suzanne is focussed on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates based on trust and a genuine interest in ensuring both the client and the candidates’ needs are met.

Kirstin has a background in research and administration. She is responsible for maintaining our extensive candidate database, preparing resumes for presentation to clients, and providing back office support to the Directors and Associates.

Rick's focus is on maintaining the accounting and technical support to allow January Group to maintain a strong focus on providing great client and candidate service.
