Reporting to the Chief Executive, the General Manager Freight & Fuel is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of two large and complex business units - Freight and Fuel. The role has full accountability for performance across a complex, multi-site network, with a strong focus on improving profitability, driving sustainable revenue growth, and delivering operational excellence. As the leader of a large, geographically dispersed team, success in this role will depend on the ability to develop capability and build an engaged and passionate team.

At its core, this role requires a leader with the strategic capability to develop a roadmap that includes network design, pricing strategy, customer value propositions, IT systems and tools, and workforce development.
