Reporting to the CEO, this role will suit an accomplished finance leader with a track record in a high-growth business that has successfully expanded into global markets. They will be able to balance strategic and commercial insight with a practical, hands-on approach to enabling business expansion. Experience in premium consumer goods will be highly regarded, though those from adjacent sectors with relevant global expertise are encouraged to apply.

You will bring astute commercial judgment, a disciplined focus on forecast accuracy, and the ability to balance robust financial controls with the demands of scaling internationally. As the business evolves you will lead the formation of new entities, ensuring effective tax structuring and transfer pricing practices. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end financial planning and reporting (including reviewing and refining the S&OP process), supporting capital strategy and investor engagement, managing multi-entity operations, ensuring compliance, and enabling the business to respond decisively to market opportunities.

The role requires someone adept at working cross-functionally, prioritising in fast-moving contexts, and delivering consistently to high standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years' experience in investment management, investment banking, management consulting or in a large corporate environment
  • Hands-on experience in financial modelling and investment analysis
  • Exposure to investment and/or divestment transactions
  • Experience working with complex financial data and performance reporting
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, practical insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics, mathematics or business
